Whether you’re brand new to training, or a regular gym goer, Mary will motivate, educate, and hold you accountable both in and out of the gym! She is very attentive to her clients’ needs and proper form. Working out with a friend, spouse, or family member is a great way to keep one another motivated, and add a competitive edge to your workouts. Mary will cater to each of your individual needs, and ensure you both leave feeling better than when you came in! Workouts are always fun, challenging, and most importantly, safe.
